To order simply follow the simple instructions below.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly, I am proud to offer a service as personal as each of our personalised pictures.  Remember that prices for my standard classic collection personalised pictures are inclusive of full personalisation and we can take your order via phone, fax, post, email or in person, by appointment only- please contact us for more information. 

Step One- Decide on the text for 'newspaper cuttings'

Decide on the text that you want included on the picture.  Remember we can print practically whatever text you want.  One block is text or 'verse' is included in the price, others can be added for a nominal charge of £3 per additional box.  Click here for more information about the text boxes.  Check out the order form available to download and print and Hints and Tips page for lots of ideas and guidance.  If filling in the order form, please observe line breaks as text will be presented exactly as on form.  Order forms can be faxed to +44 (0)28 9095 0869.

Step Two- Decide on text for mount window

Decide if you want a window cut in the mount with text in it.  For example, a wedding gift might show the bride and grooms names and date of wedding or for a birthday gift it might show the individuals name and date of birth.  (maximum 2 lines and 5 words per line). 

The sample on the right shows you where the message would be.  A mount window message is not necessary, some customer prefer to do without it especially if ordering a smaller picture.

Step Three- text for 'Artwork commissioned by' label

In addition to having the Celtoi Knot Poem label on the reverse of the personalised picture, you will also have a special 'artwork commissioned by label' with your choice of text.   For a wedding this will usually be the names of the person giving the wedding gift and the names of the bride and groom and date of wedding.   This ensures the person receiving the gift knows who specially commissioned the pesonalised picture for them.

Step Four- Chose size and frame style

Decide on the size of picture and frame style.  We offer 2 sizes and a choice of frame styles.  Go to our products page to view our current range.  

Prices start from £54.95 for the small size (8" x 8")  and £64.95 for the large size (12" x 12").   All our personalised pictures come beautifully presented in a hand made hessian weave bag and with a gift card.   P&P anywhere in UK or Ireland £6.  Additional text boxes are £3 per box.  International Carriage costs are as follows:  America, Australia, Canada- 8"x8" £15.00 & 12"x12" £25.00. (approx)

Step Five-  Give me your order & Payment

You can now submit your order online or I can take your order by phone (028 9041 9783), fax (028 9095 0869), email (email Adrian) or in person, by appointment only at Adrian's home in Dundonald, where I will be happy to show you samples and discuss your requirements.  If making orders or enquires by email (our preferred method) it is vital that I have a contact telephone number as I may need to get in touch with you.

If you wish to have the order form sent by email as a Microsoft Word document, simply send me an email by clicking the link below.  There is no need to write anything in the email, just type 'order form' in the subject line.  

We can accept payment by all major credit cards over the phone or send you a paypal invoice so that you can pay securely online.  Postal orders may be paid by cheque that should be enclosed with the order form, please not that the picture will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

General Information

Please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to be dispatched, though if you are short of time and need it sooner, contact me anyway as I am happy to attempt to provide it quicker if possible.  

When I have your personalised gift ready I will contact you to confirm delivery details and can at that stage process you credit or debit card payment over the phone.  If paying by cheque, this should be posted at time or ordering and remember your gift will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.
