Ordering Directly from Celtoi Designs

Ordering is easy.  Simply have a look at the order form that is available to view and print here, as this gives you useful information and examples and then follow the steps below.  Follow the simple steps below to create a truly special and individual personalised gift.

Step One- Decide on the text for 'newspaper cuttings'

Decide on the text that goes on the 'newspaper cuttings' behind the Celtoi Knot, remember we can print practically whatever text you want.  One block is text is included in the price, others can be added for a nominal charge of £3 per additional box.  Check out the order form and Ideas and Tips page for lots of ideas and guidance.  If filling in the order form, please observe line breaks as text will be presented exactly as on form.  Order forms can be faxed to +44 (0)28 9095 0869.

Step Two- Decide on text for mount window

Decide if you want a window cut in the mount with a message in it.  The order form gives lots of examples, but this is usually maximum two lines with no more that 5 words per line.  For a wedding, line one could be the bride and groom's names and line two could be the date of the wedding.  The sample on the right shows you where the message would be.

Step Three- text for 'Artwork commissioned by' label

In addition to having the Celtoi Knot Poem label on the reverse of the personalised picture, you will also have a special 'artwork commissioned by label' with your choice of text.  This ensures the person receiving the gift knows who specially commissioned the pesonalised picture for them.

Step Four- Chose size and frame style

Decide on the size of picture and frame style.  We offer 2 sizes and 2 frame styles in our classic collection.  Other sizes and frames are available, some are shown on our Ideas and Tips page, we are of course happy to discuss other alternatives with you, after all we too want to help you create that ultimate personalised gift.

Classic Collection Choices

Chose your size and frame style.  Sizes 8" x 8" and 12" x 12" (Sizes refer to internal or glass sizes).  Sizes shown in Bronze Effect Frame in the picture on the right.  A contemporary alternative, is available and is a cream and gold effect frame.

Prices: Small (8" x 8") £49.95 and Large (12" x 12") is £59.95 in either frame style and each come beautifully presented in a hand made hessian weave gift bag as shown above.  P&P anywhere in UK or Ireland £6.  Additional text boxes are £3 per box.  International Carriage costs are as follows:  America, Australia, Canada- 8"x8" £15.00 & 12"x12" £25.00. (approx)

Step Five-  Give me your order

I can take your order by phone (028 9041 9783), fax (028 9095 0869), post (Celtoi Designs, 71 Church Road, Dundonald, Belfast, BT16 2LW), email (email Adrian ) or in person, by appointment at the address shown.  Please note appointment is necessary for visitors to Adrian's home in Dundonald, where I will be happy to show you samples and discuss your requirements.  If making orders or enquires by email (our preferred method) it is vital that I have a contact telephone number as I may need to get in touch with you.

General Information

Please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to be dispatched, though if you are short of time and need it sooner, contact me anyway as I am happy to attempt to provide it quicker if possible.  

When I have your personalised gift ready I will contact you to confirm delivery details and can at that stage process you credit or debit card payment over the phone.  If paying by cheque, this should be posted at time or ordering and remember your gift will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.
