What exactly are your personalised pictures?

Personalised pictures have the 'newspaper cutting' style text papers that are put behind the Celtic Knot individually printed with whatever details you want.  One block is text or 'verse' is included in the price and this is repeated around the Celtoi Knot in different font sizes and styles. Additional information can be added in separate text boxes or 'verses' for a nominal charge of £3 per additional box.  For example, the main text box for a wedding may record the bride and grooms names, the date, place and time of the wedding, and where the reception was held.  Additional text boxes may include the names of the bridal party, bride and grooms parents names or a relevant poem.  Click here for more information about the text boxes.  Check out the order form and Hints and Tips page for lots of ideas and guidance.  If filling in the order form, please observe line breaks as text will be presented exactly as on form.  Order forms can be faxed to +44 (0)28 9095 0869.

What details can be recorded?

The only limit here is your own imagination and the details recorded will depend very much on the event or occasion to be celebrated.  Some people follow the examples shown on the order form, with one main block of text recording the main details.  Others add words, verse or sentiments all of their own.  The standard price will include one main block of text, additional blocks of text may be added for a nominal charge.  See the example above for suggested text boxes or check out the order form which gives more details and prices along with information regarding the number of words per sentence etc.

What occasions can you Make you Pictures for?

To date we have created pieces for weddings, civil partnerships, anniversaries, birthdays, christenings, holy communions, graduations, house warming, engagements and memorials.  Sometimes all that is required is a special gift just to show you care.

What else can be added to the picture?

We offer a range of optional extras that can be added to your picture to make it even more unique and special.  This ranges from additional text in the form of personal details or verses to coloured semi precious stones for example 'ruby' for a 40th wedding anniversary.  Check out the Hints and Tips page for more ideas, or let us know if you have your own ideas.

How much does these cost?

Our prices are as follows:  Small (8" x 8") from £54.95 + £6 P&P and Large ( 12" x 12") from £64.95 + £6 P&P.  See products pages for full details.  P&P costs applicable for UK and Ireland.  

Do I have a Choice of Frames

You have a choice of 6 frame styles, additional styles can be ordered if required.  See our products page for more information

Can I have my picture updated?

Yes of course you can add any details to a personalised picture you have already received.  For example, did you  receive one as a wedding gift and now have children of your own whose birth details you would like to add?  We believe each Celtoi picture should grow and change as you do and include as much of your family detail and history as possible.  Any extra details you want can be added.  Contact us by phone or email to discuss.   Prices from £15+ P&P

I am confused about the sizes, please explain.

In picture framing all sizes are the internal frame measurements or simply the size of the glass.    So remember your picture will always be the basic sizes stated PLUS the width of the frames.  See each individual products page for more information.

How long does it take?

Order lead times are approximately 7 to 10 days.  However we will endeavor to meet all orders even if time is short, so contact us and we will do our very best to have your item with you in plenty of time.  International orders will take longer- please contact us for more information and advice.

How do I order?

To ensure you have all the information you need to create the perfect personalised gift we have designed a simple How to Order guide.  We recommend that you have a look at this page and the order form for guidance and ideas and then get in touch when you have decided what you want.  We can accept orders by phone, fax, email, post or in person by calling at Adrian's home in Dundonald (appointment necessary).  

We can accept payment by all major credit cards over the phone or send you a paypal invoice so that you can pay securely only.  Postal orders may be paid by cheque that should be enclosed with the order form.
